Please download the Northeastern University Applicant Agreement that pertains to your discipline and submit a signed original to the Prehealth Program. Make sure you read, review, and keep a copy for easy reference during the application cycle.
If you have not attended an Information Session for 2011 applicants, please make an appointment to see a Prehealth Advisor. In order to use our time together most effectively, come to the meeting with a list of specific questions you may have about the process.
